Job Duties:

We farm 2,000 acres of corn, soybeans, and alfalfa. Employees will assist with planting, maintaining and harvesting the crops. They will assist with all aspects of growing/harvesting these crops. General, seasonal maintenance of the farm properties is necessary as well, and cannot be conducted during the cold and snowy winter months. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.

Job requires extensive pushing, pulling, repetitive movements, frequent stooping and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license within 30 days of hire. Require 3 months experience.
