- Job Duties:
- Workers will be required to operate farm equipment to prepare fields for planting, work fields and harvest rice, soybeans, and corn. General farm labor including but not limited to: field sanitation duties, minor repair and maintenance to farm vehicle and equipment, walking fields, irrigation duties, shovel and drainage work, cleaning shop area, keeping shop and housing yards and fields free of debirs, etc. Drug tests may be administered post-hire at no cost to the worker to ensure worker safety and to keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing posititve or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Worker must abide by all work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties required.
