- Job Duties:
- Workers will be required to operate farm equipment to cultivate fields, work fields, plant fields, harvest, etc. Perform minor repair and maintenance to farm equipment and vehicles, irrigation duties, field sanitation duties, clean house and shop areas, keep fields free of debris, and any other general farm labor duties that may arise in the operation of a multi crop farm operation. Drug tests may be performed post hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Workers must abide by all work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
