Job Duties:
We farm 10,000 acres of corn, wheat, soybeans. Employees will be required to operate farm machinery in the field, drive a farm truck, dump grain into grain bins, load grain into tailer, and haul grain to storage location. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. (No commercial trucking is required). Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.

Special Requirements:
Job requires exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background as required by the workplace safety policy and company HR hiring practices as allowed by law. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license and require 3 months experience.
