- Workers are required to perform the following duties, but are not limited thereto: Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest, and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as a planter, disc, and drill to tractor. Till soil, plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine, swather baler and rake. Irrigation of crops. Maintenance of pivots for irrigation purposes. General maintenance of farm equipment, machinery and vehicles - lubrication, oil change and replacing of filters. Driving farm equipment like tractor, combine, swather, baler and rake
