Job Duties:

Workers will be required to erect and maintain hot houses, plant seeds for vegetables, transplant into cups, water plants in hothouses, cultivate fields, help apply fertilizer, plastic, drip, lay flat, etc., and tie plants, hand harvest vegetables, hand pack some vegetables, some hand packing in the field, and/or work in the packing facility, duties include but not limited to grading, packing, stacking, counting boxes, labeling, hauling culls, cleaning machines, picking buckets and bins, tools etc., spraying some chemicals under the supervision of a Pesticide licensed carrier, Making boxes and lids, helping to keep animals from fields, cleaning maintenance to farm vehicles and equipment, keeping the yard around the house and shed mowed and free of debris, cleaning bunk house and all trash picked up, field sanitation duties, and any general farm labor duties that may arise in the operation of commercial Tomato/Vegetable Farm. Some tractor driving. Workers may be drug tested post-hire at no cost to the worker to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive may result in immediate termination. Workers must be physically able to perform duties described.
