Job Duties:

We need seasonal employees to operate self-propelled custom harvesting machines to harvest a variety of grain and oilseed crops. Job duties will also include swathing, baling, raking of crops. Hauling manure to fields for fertilizer. Work ground with tractors Employees will need to adjust speed cutter, blowers and conveyors and height of cutting head, using hand tools. They must change cutting heads as appropriate for crop. After harvest they will haul silage to feed-yard. Drive trucks to haul harvested crops to storage locations. Employees will need to do routine maintenance and repairs on equipment. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
