- Job Duties:
- Operate tractors during planting, spraying, haying, harrowing, harvesting season of wheat, corn, soybeans, milo and sunflower. We also require that employees operate combines during the harvesting season. Drive semi-truck to haul harvested crops. Employees will need to monitor cattle during the summer while in pastures. Assist with summer cattle duties. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer up to $2500. Employer will give a $3/hr increase for employees returning for a second season and a $6/hr increase for an employee who returns for 3 or more seasons.
