- Job Duties:
- We farm 5,000 acres of corn, soybeans and hay. Employees will operate farm equipment to grow and harvest corn, soybeans and hay, as well as preventative maintenance. Other duties would include grounds keeping such as mowing grass, cleaning the shop, and completing general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
