- Job Duties:
- Our farm consists of 650 acres of corn, 90 acres of coastal bermudagrass hay, and 140 acres of blueberries. We use modern mechanized equipment for all operations. The products that we produce are hauled with tractor trailers and farm semi-truck driving is required. We begin our operation with spraying cover crops in early March, followed by planting, fertilizing, spraying, harvesting, hauling, and replanting cover crop. These activities are steady throughout the season as we move through corn to blueberries to hay and normally conclude in early December. Employees will complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. No commercial truck driving is required. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate ($16.25) if that rate exceeds the current published rate.

- Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Job requires a regular drivers license. Require 3 months experience.
