Job Duties:
We need seasonal employees to assist with our row-crop operations which also include processing a few vegetables. We currently grow peanuts, corn, cotton, soybeans, squash, oats and wheat. We need seasonal employee to assist with all aspects of planting, harvesting crops, spraying and spreading fertilizer and chemicals, and cultivating along with operating the equipment designated for those tasks. Employees will also be operating center pivots, transporting crops using 18 wheelers, and repairing and maintaining equipment including irrigation. All of these tasks will require accurate record keeping. No commercial truck driving is required. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.

Special Requirements:
Job requires extensive pushing, pulling, repetitive movements, frequent stooping and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license and 3 months experience.
