Job Duties:

I have a 2,500 acre row crop farming operation. Growing corn, sunflowers, wheat and grain sorghum. Dryland farming and pivot irrigation. Equipment is John Deere and Versatile. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: attach/detach implements, clean work areas, haul and spread materials such as but not limited to fertilizer to condition the soil, load and unload materials and commodities, operate self propelled machinery, record information about crops, repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment, repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures, tilling soil, transplanting, weeding, thinning, pruning crops, use hand tools such as wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric tools. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: air seeders, augers, bins, silos, loading and unloading facilities, combines or other harvesting equipment, GPS guidance systems, grain carts, forklift, irrigation equipment, mowers and other landscaping equipment, pickups, cars, etc, planters, self-propelled machinery, skid steers, sprayers, tillage equipment, tractors. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: corn, grain sorghum, sunflowers, wheat. Speak and understand English.

Special Requirements:

Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain following hire appropriate CDL and obtain clean driving record to drive trucks. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
