- Job Duties:
- Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found in SOC Code 45-2091 Agricultural Equipment Operator such as: Observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions; Manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust mechanisms on machinery for cultivating, planting, spraying, harvesting, storing, delivering to storage or market facilities; Operate or tend equipment (much of which is equipped with GPS) used in agricultural production such as tractor, combine, grain cart, air seeder, mower to produce crops such as corn, soybeans, cotton; Drive truck to haul crops, supplies, tools; Adjust farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions; Attach farm implements such as plows, discs, planters, harvesters to tractors, using bolts and hand tools; Operate towed machines such as seed drills or spreaders to plant, fertilize, and spray crops; Maintenance and upkeep to worksite, buildings, fences, and other structures; Speak and understand english.

- Special Requirements:
- Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
