- Job Duties:
- Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found in SOC Code 45-2041 Graders and Sorters, Agricultural Products such as: Grade and sort products according to factors such as color, species, length, width, appearance, feel, smell, and quality to ensure correct processing and usage by treating seed; Use products such as microbiotics and inoculants to prepare seed for planting; Perform seed counts; Record treatments performed; Place seed into containers by grade and mark grade for safekeeping; Prepare seeds for shipment; Perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs such as removing snow and maintaining equipment; Set up, maintain, and prepare equipment; Mark container for grading; Prepare work area of seed quality meeting; All work must be performed after harvest and prior to planting when crop acres are dormant due to cold temperatures and short daylight hours. Must speak and understand English.

- Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
