Job Duties:

Worker will manually plant, cultivate and harvest vegetables and fruits. Use hand tools such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears, and knives. Duties may include tilling soil and applying fertilizers; transplanting, weeding, thinning, or pruning crops; applying pesticides; cleaning, grading, sorting, packing, and loading harvested products. Workers will maintain and repair building, fences, trellis's, equipment and should be able to lift 50 lbs. Employer will train in all worker duties for 4 business days, in which time the workers should be able to perform all required tasks. Workers must be able to communicate when NOT in the line of sight and be physically able to perform the duties listed.
