Job Duties:

Operate and maintain agricultural equipment used in grain production, including tractors, combines, irrigation systems, sprayers, and other farm machinery. Attach and operate various implements, including plows, discs, seed drills, sprayers, harvesters, and manure spreaders. Drive and operate machinery to till soil, plant, cultivate, fertilize, spray, harvest, and store grain crops. Mix and load seeds, fertilizers, and chemicals into planting or spraying equipment. Apply fertilizers and pesticides using machinery or hand sprayers to control weeds, pests, and plant diseases. Operate and maintain irrigation systems, including setting up portable pipes, pumps, and ditch systems. Perform routine maintenance on farm machinery and report malfunctions to supervisors. Drive farm trucks to transport crops, supplies, tools, and farm workers as needed. Farming with: Cotton, Soy Beans

Special Requirements:

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion.
