- Job Duties:
- Drive, maintain, and perform minor repairs on Tractors and farm equipment. Replace or sharpen Discs, combine teeth, Peanut hopper, cultivators, balers, and other implements pulled by tractors. Basic repairs on farm structures and regular scheduled maintenance on vehicles, atvs, combines, tractors, and buggies. Drive trucks & trailers to haul equipment such as combine headers, water tanks, fuel tanks. Will be gps and marking fields. Basic irrigation repairs on sprinkler heads, flat tires, u joints and mis alignments. Prepare planters and harvesters for the season. Maintain dirt roads. Exposure to extreme temps, repetitive movements and must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. frequently.
