Job Duties:

Operating large farm equipment and machinery much of which is equipped with GPS such as tractor, dirt pan for cultivating, tilling, fertilizing, planting, moving, storing, harvesting grain and oilseed crops such as rice, soybeans; manually sweeping shop, cleaning equipment, laying poly pipe, watering rice, fixing equipment; running dirt pans; loading agricultural products into trucks without over or underfilling bed or trailer, and driving to market or storage facilities; walking fields pulling off-type weeds; assisting with the operation and maintenance of irrigation systems for watering crops; driving farm vehicle; minor daily and incidental upkeep to equipment and worksite; Speak and understand english.

Special Requirements:

Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
