- Job Duties:
- Pump nutrients from our storage tanks into the nurse tanks, calculate blends, batch the blends, then pump the blends into storage tanks on vehicles. Operate field ag equipment on a farm for a farmer such as self-propelled sprayers or spreaders to apply liquid or dry nutrients. Workers will also prepare and load ag lime into applicable agricultural equipment to apply product. Workers will also clean and maintain equipment as necessary for future use. Perform grain operations duties including: receiving grain, accurately weighing & grading and placing in proper bins.

- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Certified license is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive sitting is required. Overtime and taking holiday is mandatory. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.
