Job Duties:

We need seasonal workers to assist with our Wheat, Beans, Soybeans, Sunflower, and Sugar Beet production season, supporting all aspects of raising these crops. Duties include preparing fields for planting; attaching farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors using bolts and hand tools; and engaging in planting, weeding, spraying, cultivating, and harvesting activities. Workers will fertilize and spray crops, including applying fertilizer or pesticide solutions with hand sprayers to control insects, fungi, weeds, and diseases. Additional responsibilities include loading and unloading crops or materials manually or with conveyors, forklifts, transfer augers, or hand trucks; driving farm semi-trucks to haul crops, supplies, and tools; and recording agricultural data as required. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.

Special Requirements:

The employer will conduct post-hire drug tests and criminal background checks at no cost to the employee to maintain a safe, drug-free workplace. Failure to pass a drug test will result in termination, and the employer will not hire individuals with felony or theft-related convictions as permitted by law and required by company policy. The job requires extensive pushing or pulling, long periods of sitting or walking, frequent stooping or bending, and repetitive movements. Applicants must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, possess a valid drivers license, and have at least three months of relevant experience.
