- Job Duties:
- Custom Harvester. Operate self-propelled custom class harvesting machines to harvest a variety of foraging crops. Adjust speed of cutters, blowers, conveyors, and height of cutting head using hand tools. Change cutting head as appropriate for crops. Service machinery and make in-field repairs. Drive trucks to haul supplies, tools, or farmworkers.

- Special Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a CDL within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive sitting is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion. Workers must be responsible, follow instructions, and comply with attendance, punctuality, and work schedules, as repeated absenteeism, failure to meet job expectations, misconduct, insubordination, or violations
