Job Duties:

Employee will operate agricultural farm equipment to apply fertilizer and haul crops from to storage locations. Employee will be required to be an applicator. Employees will apply chemistries to the fields. When not application, the employee will haul grain. Employee will load and unload fertilizer/chemical at fertilizer facility. Employee will work mechanically performing maintenance and repairs on equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid $20.00/hr.

Special Requirements:

Employee will be required to have a regular drivers license. Job requires extensive sitting and repetitive movements. Employee must be able to lift 60 lbs. Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests and post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free and safety workplace policy. No employee with a violent criminal background will be hired. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Require 3 months experience.
