Job Duties:

While on our own property employees will do disking, vertical tillage and dozer and grader work. Employees will do hay swathing, baling (round bales), raking hay, hauling hay. Help with tillage operating an R Series John Deere tractor. While on our own property, employees will be driving trucks to haul grain from the field to storage. Employees will also operate combines to harvest crops. Employees will complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience.

Special Requirements:

Must have a regular driver's license. Employer may conduct post-hire random drug tests at the employer's expense to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Must have a CDL or equivalent or be able to obtain in 30 days. Require 3 months experience.
