Job Duties:

Operating self-propelled equipment that reaps, harvests, threshes, swathes, or winnows crops such as corn, wheat, milo; performing manual or mechanical adjustments to equipment; performing safety checks on equipment; maintaining and repairing equipment and other tools; transporting crops to elevators, silos, or other storage areas, and transporting equipment and other tools used for harvesting from one field to another; general maintenance and cleanup of worksite, farm structures, farm roads, and grounds; driving truck or tractor with trailer attached to move crops, equipment, inputs to designated locations; use of self propelled equipment to tender and applicate fertilizer. Approximate staggered entry: 40 workers to begin Feb 20, 40 workers to begin March 5, and 25 workers to begin April 1.

Special Requirements:

Six (6) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain following hire appropriate CDL and obtain clean driving record to drive trucks. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
