Job Duties:

Transplant onions and chiles. Duties include clipping onions using clipping shears to top clip onions. For onion harvest, workers will use buckets or baskets to fill a 4x4 bin. Weed chiles, onions, cotton, beans. pecan trees. Throw empty bins. Summary: Must be able work in all types of weather conditions; Daily or weekly work schedule may vary due to weather, sunlight, temperature, crop conditions, and other factors. Employer will notify workers of any changes to start time. Drug, alcohol, and tobacco-free work zone. The use or possession or being under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol during the contract time is prohibited. Failure to comply with the request or testing positive may result in immediate termination. Employer may request to conduct drug and alcohol screening tests if accidents happen or unusual behavior anytime during the contract period. All expenses will be paid by employer. Employer may request but cannot require workers to work on their Sabbath
