- Job Duties:
- Wokers will spread poultry litter to fertilize farm land, build and repair fences, manage and working cattle, operating trucks and tractors to cut and bail hay, minor repair and maintenance to farm equipment and vehicles. General farm labor such as cleaning the shop, shop yard, housing and house yard as well as keeping fields free of debirs. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties. Durg tests may be performed post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and to keep in compliance with workers' compensation guidelines. Failure to comply or testing positive may result in immediate termination. All work and safety rules must be followed.
