- Job Duties:
- Workers will be required to hand harvest vegetables into buckets, pour into crates/bins, grade & pack vegetables into boxes, stack boxes, haul culls, keep shed clean and free of debris, clean all tools, equipment, buckets, bins, grading machine, etc. Workers will also be required to prepare fields for fall crops, work and harvest fall crops. Workers may be required to help with irrigation and fencing to keep wildlife from the fields. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described. Workers may be drug tested post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Workers must follow all work and safety rules.
