- Job Duties:
- Performs duties on employer owned property/farm like: Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Drive and operate fertilizer and chemical application equipment. Run auger and conveyor. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil; plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. Handle and mix ag chemicals. Lubricate, repair and clean farm machinery. On farms other than employer's farm, workers will be driving and operating fertilizer and manure application equipment. The manure used for application comes from feedlots located on each farmer’s worksites so there are no transporting manure duties. Equipment: Manure equipment, Tractors, Silage Trucks, 4-wheelers, side by sides, skid steer, haying equipment, planting equipment, cattle facilities, excavator, belly scraper. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.

- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive sitting is required. Repetitive movements is required.
