Job Duties:

Employees will assist with a variety of crop production tasks on a grain farm in central North Dakota, including operating agricultural equipment for planting, cultivating, and harvesting durum wheat, corn, soybeans, and sunflowers. Duties include field preparation such as tillage, soil conditioning, and residue management; operating tractors, combines, planters, sprayers, and other farm machinery; transporting harvested crops using trucks and grain carts; maintaining and cleaning equipment to ensure safety and functionality; loading and unloading seed, fertilizer, and harvested crops; and performing basic mechanical repairs as needed. Workers may assist in storing and preparing grain for market and maintaining general cleanliness of work areas. This job involves physically demanding labor outdoors in varying weather conditions from early spring through late fall, covering peak operational needs from March through November.

Special Requirements:

No experience is required. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion. Operator License Class D Candidate will have 60 days to obtain.
