- Job Duties:
- Workers must have a minimum of six months of relevant agricultural experience. They will operate and maintain a variety of farm equipment used in grain, sugar beet, and bean production. Tasks include preparing and maintaining tractors, trucks (including semi-trucks with manual transmissions), combines, grain carts, and beet carts. Workers will prepare fields for planting, ensuring suitable soil conditions, and will assist in planting operations. During the growing season, they will carry out crop maintenance activities such as mowing, tree trimming, and general farm-related labor. Harvest duties involve operating grain and beet carts, as well as transporting crops to storage bins or grain elevators. Other duties may include upkeep of farm property and executing necessary projects to support smooth operation of the farm throughout the season. This position requires responsibility, awareness of safety standards, and the ability to adapt to seasonal and weather-driven demands. Workers must demonstrate skill and attention to detail when operating equipment and performing manual tasks.

- Minimum of 3 months experience is required. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion. Operator License Class D Candidate will have 60 days to obtain.
