- Operating self-propelled equipment such as loader, semi-truck that assists with reaping, harvesting, threshing, swathing, or winnowing silage crops; performing manual or mechanical adjustments to equipment; performing safety checks on equipment; driving semi-truck in the field alongside the chopper for collecting the crop and driving truck or tractor with trailer or cart attached for transporting crops to feedyard, dairy, storage area in close proximity to the farm (up to 30 rural miles) and from one field to another; weighing containers and recording weights; cleaning work areas. Must speak and understand English.
