- Job Duties:
- We farm 7,500 acres of crops - growing wheat, canola, and soybeans. Employee will operate tractor, combine, and farm-truck. Emploee must be able to shift 13 speed and 18 speed gear box as grain hauling will be an essential part of the work. Our farm does not own any automatic trucks/semis. Employee will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employee will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.

- Special Requirements:
- Job requires extensive sitting, repetitive movements, and frequent stooping. Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background as required by the workplace safety policy and company HR hiring practices as allowed by law. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license. Require 3 months experience Prefer a non-smoker, but if the employee hired does smoke there will only be smoking allowed outdoors and smoking will only be allowed on permitted breaks.
