Job Duties:

We farm 3000 acres of cotton and soybeans., We need seasonal workers to run newer John deer equipment with auto steer technology. Employees should have experience operating a CP690 cotton picker for fall harvest. Employees will operate tractors and other farm equipment to grow and harvest these crops. We need employees to complete general cleaning, washing and routine maintenance on equipment and farm buildings. During the busy fall harvest employees will be required to work long hours. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.

Special Requirements:

Job requires extensive walking, sitting, pushing, pulling, repetitive movements, frequent stooping and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license and require 3 months experience.
