- Job Duties:
- We have a corn, popcorn, and soybean row crop farming operation. Additionally, we have a farm improvement segment to the row crop business where we utilize excavators, bulldozers, tractor & scrapers, and concrete recycling machines performing farm, estate, and feedlot improvements in the surrounding communities. Experience operating planters, tillage, sprayers, grain carts, combines, excavators, bulldozers, tractors & scrapers, and concrete recycling experience is preferred. Also, a strong mechanical aptitude for basic maintenance, greasing, and welding skills for repairs is helpful. Must be able to operate modern farm machinery, GPS, iPad, and basic computer skills are helpful. Pay and bonus based on skills, experience, dependability, and attitude. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid $18.90/hr in 2026 for longevity and experience.
