Job Duties:

We need seasonal workers to assist with our farming operation which consists of approximately 5000 acres of dry land wheat, dryland corn and Irrigated corn. Applicant will need to be able to safely operate grain and liquid fertilizer equipment, plant corn, operate irrigation sprinklers, general maintenance of farm equipment, maintenance of irrigation pivots, disking and chiseling to prepare for seeding and assist with other day to day operations associated with a grain farm. Complete general farm duties as assigned including property repair and maintenance. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate. Employer will abide by all of Colorado's agricultural laws to include Senate Bill 21-087 ("SB87") and any subsequent Overtime and Minimum Pay Standards Orders (COMPS order) .

Special Requirements:

Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Job requires extensive pushing, pulling, walking, and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a clean regular drivers license (no DUI for previous 5 years). Require 3 months experience.
