Job Duties:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking farm laborers to assist with daily operations of our farm. Farm laborers will perform a variety of physical tasks to support the farms operations, including planting, harvesting and maintaining the farms equipment, tools, and infrastructure. This position requires a strong work ethic, ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and attention to safety. Job duties will include: prepare fields for planting, attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors, using bolts and hand tools, operate tractors, planters, sprayers, seed drills, operate other farm equipment, engage in planting, weeding, spraying and/or harvesting activities, fertilize, dust, and spray crops, load and unload crops or materials, manually or using conveyors, forklifts, or transfer augers, load hoppers, containers, or conveyors to feed machines with products, using forklifts, transfer augers, suction gates, shovels, or pitchforks, manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust mechanisms on machinery, mix specified materials or chemicals, and dump solutions, powders, or seeds into machinery, observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions, load crops and unload crops, operate equipment to harvest crops, record agricultural data, drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, and tools, inspect, adjust, and complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment. Able to climb grain leg and bins to do routine maintenance. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at the previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.

Job requires exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures, extensive pushing or pulling, extensive sitting or walking, frequent stooping or bending over. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have a regular driver's license. Requires 3 months farm experience.
