Job Duties:

We farm approximately 6,500 acres, of which 2,000 acres are irrigated using center pivots. We grow corn, soybeans and wheat. Employees will be required to perform a variety of duties necessary to produce these crops such as: operate various farm equipment to assist with tillage, planting, applying fertilizer, spraying and harvesting; monitor irrigation equipment operation and assist with repairs and maintenance; drive farm trucks to haul grain to elevators or storage locations; assist with general and routine repairs and maintenance on equipment; clean work areas and maintain grounds; and other general farm activities, as needed. No commercial truck driving is required. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience.
