- Job Duties:
- We need seasonal employees to operate farm equipment including combines, tractors and other farm equipment to harvest chilies, peanuts, cotton and corn. Employees will need to drive semi-trucks to haul crops to storage locations and grain bins. Employees will need to do routine maintenance on equipment. We do not need any additional help during the winter months when no crop is growing. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
