Job Duties:

We need employees to operate farm equipment during our growing season to complete duties including tillage, planting, spraying, crop maintenance, harvesting, storing commodity and delivering commodities are all the steps of the growing season. Employees will also need to drive semi-trucks to haul grain, operate tractors and other farm equipment, work the ground, planting, side dressing nitrogen, row cultivation and operate a grain cart. Employees will need to run mowers both lawn and side ditch, complete routine maintenance and cleaning on equipment. Grounds and building maintenance and general manual labor. No commercial truck driving is required. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.

Special Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have a regular driver's license or equivalent. Require 3 months experience. Job requires extensive sitting, walking, frequent stooping and repetitive movements. We will conduct random post-hire drug screening at the employer expense since we operate a drug-free workplace.
