Job Duties:

At MetroAg, we custom apply fertilizer and biosolids on farmers’ fields, with our season running from March 1 through December 31. We are looking for seasonal workers with prior farming experience to safely operate large 4-wheel-drive farm tractors and assist with pump operations. Applicants should have basic GPS knowledge and the ability to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. The position also includes occasional work with our small herd of cattle. Ideal candidates will be reliable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions. We are looking for individuals who are ready to join a hardworking, safety-focused team. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.

Special Requirements:

Job requires extensive, sitting, pushing, pulling, repetitive movements. Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license. Require 3 months experience.
