Job Duties:

We need seasonal employees to assist with our crop production. We raise corn, soybeans and alfalfa. Job duties will include drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil; plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine, tractors, skid loaders and farm trucks. General lubrication, service (check fluids) and mechanical repair to farm machinery. Drive grain trucks to transport crops to elevator or storage area. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.

Special Requirements:

Job requires extensive sitting, walking, and repetitive movements. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background as required by the workplace safety policy and company hiring practices as allowed by law. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license and must have a CDL or ability to obtain one within 30 days. Require 3 months experience.
