Job Duties:

We farm approximately 1500 acres of cropland annually, which includes wheat, corn, and soybeans. We also have pasture and hay ground for our 1000 head of cattle. Job duties may include: driving tractor with disc or planter; spreading fertilizer or manure; helping with spraying; cutting/raking/baling hay; mowing pastures; checking & mending fences; hauling cattle feed; checking and/or feeding cattle; grading gravel roads; minor equipment repairs; monitoring irrigation; repairs and maintenance to buildings; or grain carts; possibly running combines. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience.

Must have a regular driver's license. Previous experience operating GPS equipment. Must be able to lift 75 lb bales. Employer will conduct post-hire drug test to enforce a drug free workplace policy at employer's expense.
