Job Duties:

We are a grain operation located in South Central Illinois. We farm approximately 10,000 acres and grow corn, soybeans and wheat. We do all of our own spraying, tillage, planting and harvesting. We also store a fair amount of our grain, which we haul to storage terminals during the winter. We try to do a lot of mechanic work in our own shop. Our equipment is newer and auto steer is an option presently on equipment. In the spring, employees will assist with tillage work, planting and spraying. In the fall, employees will haul grain, drive a grain cart, sow wheat, and tillage. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. No commercial truck driving is required. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience.
