- Job Duties:
- We need a seasonal employee to assist with the planting, spraying and harvesting of corn, wheat, pinto beans and peas. Employee will need to operate tractors and drive trucks to haul harvested crops to storage. Will also need to complete routine maintenance on equipment. No commercial truck driving is required. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses during spring and fall to compensate for longer days and workload that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
