- Job Duties:
- We need qualified workers who are self-motivated and knowledgeable about the working of a farm. In the spring employees will need to do equipment prep for springs work, hauling grain, and spring field work including tilling fields, spreading manure and planting crops. Build and fix fences. The duties include driving truck, driving grain carts, digging fields, bale and stack hay, harvest barley, soybeans and corn, washing equipment and routine farm equipment maintenance. Must be able to communicate in English. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
