Job Duties:

We have a row crop farming operation of around 4000 acres of corn, soybean and wheat. We need employees to operate farm equipment and complete general farm duties associated with raising these crops. Employees will need to prepare the fields and plant the crops in the spring. Job duties will include operating tractors, grain cart, combine, semi-tractor, etc. Employees will be helping with Corn and soybean harvest and fall cover crop application. Employees will be required to complete general maintenance on equipment. No commercial truck driving is required. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at the previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.

Special Requirements:

Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license or equivalent. Require 3 months experience.
