- Job Duties:
- We operate a mid-sized corn, soybeans, and alfalfa farm. In the spring, employees will assist with getting machines ready to go to the field and with field work such as tillage and land rolling; delivering seed to planters and mixing/hauling herbicide to sprayers; and cleaning out grain bins. In the summer, employees will assist with raking,and loading hay and throwing pallets down to set bales on, and tending the sprayer as well as cleaning out grain bins and assisting with getting machinery prepped for fall harvest. In the fall, employees will operate grain carts as well as assisting with cover crop seeding and tillage. Throughout the year Employees will assist with cleaning up machinery which includes power washing. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience.

- Job requires extensive walking, sitting, pushing, pulling, repetitive movements, and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background as required by the workplace safety policy and company hiring practices as allowed by law. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license within 30 days of hire. Require 3 months experience.
