- Job Duties:
- We are CUSTOM HARVESTERS. This position primarily entails operating self-propelled farm equipment that reaps, harvests, threshes, swathes, or winnows crops (90% of the time); performing manual or mechanical adjustments to equipment, performing safety checks on equipment, maintaining and repairing equipment (8% of the time); transporting crops to elevators, silos, or other farmer designated storage areas, and transporting custom harvesting and other support equipment from one farm to another (2% of the time); record keeping, directing and monitoring work during harvesting, cleaning work areas and maintaining grounds (<1% of the time). Must speak and understand English. Approximate staggered entry: 5 workers to begin March 1 and 2 workers to begin April 1.

- Special Requirements:
- Six (6) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
