- Job Duties:
- We are a 2500 acre row crop farming operation. We primarily grow cotton using pivot and polypipe irrigation. Our equipment consists primarily of John Deere machines. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: attach/detach implements, be able to handle working in high humidity, clean work areas, maintain inventory, operate self propelled machinery, repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment, tilling soil, transplanting, weeding, thinning, pruning crops, use hand tools such as such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears, loppers, and knives, use hand tools such as wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric tools, work in extreme temperatures. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: cotton stripper/picker, GPS guidance systems, irrigation equipment, mowers and other landscaping equipment, pickups, cars, etc, planters, self-propelled machinery, tillage equipment, tractors. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: cotton.

- Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry supplies. Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. . Lift up to 50 lbs.
