Job Duties:
Performs duties like Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest, and store crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc, and drill to tractor. Till soil, plant and cultivate crops. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate a self-propelled combine. Drive and operate sprayer with GPS guidance system. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Maintain farm building, fences, and other structures. General seasonal farm duties, as assigned.Farming with: Alfalfa, Canola, Corn, Durum, Grain, Lentils, Milo, Oats, Peas, Soy Beans, Spring Wheat

Special Requirements:
Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to the presence of children on the farm and expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English.
